How will I find
my driver at Sea-Tac airport?
You can easily
locate your driver one of three ways:
1. Meet him at the
baggage claim area.
This option will be your choice if you need assistance with your luggage.
The driver will be holding a sign with your last name written on it. You
will also be given his cell phone number and can call him if you don’t see
him.
2.
Meet him at the curb.
This is easier and
faster for you if you don’t have checked luggage. Call your driver’s cell
phone and tell him when you are ready to meet him. You can wave him down
when you see a car with your last name displayed on the passenger side of
his windshield.
3.
Meet him at Ground
Transportation.
This is a quick and easy option if you don’t have heavy luggage and/or you
don’t have a cell phone to call your driver. He will meet you near the main
service desk at Ground Transportation. He will be holding a sign with your
last name written on it.
What is your
"Service Guarantee"?
Your confirmed reservation constitutes our guarantee of service to you on
the date(s) and time(s) as agreed.
If
you’re going to the airport from your home, office, or hotel, we will call
you 30 minutes prior to pick-up to reassure you that we're on our way and
will arrive on time.
If
we’re meeting you at the airport, we will call your airline in advance of
your arrival to confirm the exact time of your flight. You will not be
charged any wait fees should the plane not arrive as scheduled. Please call
us if you become aware of any schedule changes in your itinerary.
What is your
cancellation policy?
Once your reservation is confirmed, we guarantee service to you on the
date(s) and time(s) as agreed. If you must cancel a reservation, please do
so at least 24 hours in advance. In the event that you cancel less than 24
hours before your scheduled service, we reserve the right to bill the full
fare to your credit card. ALL no shows will be charged full fare.
When will my
credit card be charged?
Your credit card
will be charged on the day of the service. Prepayments can be arranged
online or by phone for relatives or friends, or in the case of a business
traveler who needs to charge to a corporate credit card.
